Weekend Rewind

Ohhhh Monday you come too quickly. I've seriously tried to like you but we just can't be friends. I'm always just too tired, you make my life crazy at work, and it's depressing thought on how far away Friday is.

On that note, how was everyone's weekend? Great, glorious? I hope so :).

Mine was uneventful, but that's exactly how I like em'. Friday Nate and I lounged at the house where we proceeded to pass out around 9:00. At the ripe age of 23 we've found ourselves old fuddy duddies, but by Friday we are both so tired. Getting up for work at 5:15 is no bueno and it's usually 4:30 for him. Woof is all I can say.

On Saturday I was the sucker who had to get up at 6:30 and make sure my sister got to her 8:00 AM ballgame. I'd like to tell my parent's employers to piss off with these Saturday workdays. Heather likes sleep on Saturday! Anywho, afterward our grandparents treated us to breakfast and then I went home and passed out watching TV. I was also the lucky girl who's boyfriend made her Mexican Rice and a Quesedilla for dinner. Seriously he's the best. A man who can cook is a god in my book, because we all know this chick just does not like cooking.

AND I found out this weekend the pure joy that comes from a pint of Haagen Dazs Butter Pecan ice cream.

Wowza is all I can say. I will seriously have to limit my intake of this deliciousness, this wee carton packs on the calories!

In all that sleeping and eating we managed to watch Friend with Benefits...

and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Nathan would disagree, he said it was too "chick flick" for him. I thought FWB was much better than No Strings Attached, maybe I just like Justin & Mila better than Ashton & Natalie? Speaking of Mila, how gorgeous is she? I've always thought she was just so pretty. Girl crush right here.
