Running Playlist

I'm a firm believer that music makes a workout. If it weren't for music I wouldn't be able to push through many of my runs. With an upcoming 5K happening for myself on February 4th I decided to make a new playlist for myself that I wouldn't listen to til that day.

These tunes are upbeat and peppy, sure to have me dancing running all the way to the finish line.

Anyone else heard of this chick?! Nathan said she is all the rage in Europe. She has some killer beats, I just forget her name all.the.time.


Eeeeekkkkk, just listening to these songs gets me amped up for the 5K (even if I'm slightly terrified because I haven't been running that much lately).

What tunes get you keep your running or push you through your workout?!

I've figured out that I get bored with my music. I use the Dance Cardio station on Pandora and it's awesome!

Robyn had one hit album here in the US in the 90s... I used to listen to it all the time!
